The Meka Leka Hi's are a three piece garage/surf punk band that has playing around the southern California area for over 4 years and has built up quite a following. The band is heavily influenced by Link Wray's guitar style and The Dead Milkmen's goofy way of writing catchy songs. This album was recorded in September 2012 and was mastered & recorded by Ryan Foster of Honey Badgers. The band self released this album and assembled it completely by themselves: all the way from recording the music, to the artwork, and even getting the vinyl pressed through their local pressing plant.
